Description

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified engineers within the Province of Manitoba for a price to complete detailed design drawings for re-building approximately two hundred (200) metres of Arena Road. Included within this work would be the design of an 8.23 metre (27 foot) commercial heavy-duty asphalt road with 2.0 metre sidewalk and 2.0 metre asphalt bike path. All work must be completed within a 20 metre (66 foot) existing road right of way. The project site is shown in Appendix A. All designs must meet the Niverville Construction Standards.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Detailed price proposal to perform tasks outlined in the proposed scope of work. Costs shall be presented in tabular format and must follow the categories noted below, broken down into the individual categories defined within the scope. Proposals must clearly state intent of invoicing by fixed fee. Proposals must include all costs any exceptions must be explicably noted and there cannot be any as incurred line items within cost (upset estimate required). All bids must be in Canadian dollars. All applicable taxes must be shown separately.
