To All Interested Parties:

The Town of Gillam is seeking proposals from qualified parties interested in providing professional engineering consulting services for Town of Gillam’s 2020 and 2021 sewer and water linear infrastructure improvements.

This assignment is for planning, preliminary & detailed design, contract administration, and post -construction services for replacement of approximately 820m of sewer main, 1130m of sewer service line, 1180m of water main, and 1420m of water service lines on the streets of Mattonnabee Ave, Butnau Rd, Thompson Cr, and Radisson Rd.

INVITATION
One (1) emailed (.pdf) copy of the responding tender must be received and time and date stamped by the Town of Gillam by no later than 16:00 pm Manitoba local time on May 24, 2019. Late submittals will not be accepted, and will be discarded unopened. Proposal shall be emailed to the two addresses below:

One (1) original hardcopy and one (1) photocopy of the responding tender within five (5) business days after the tender close date. The proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed package marked: “Request for Proposals for Professional Consulting Services: 2020 & 2021 Sewer and Water Renewals”. Proposal shall be handed in in-person, mailed or couriered to the address below:

In the event of a discrepancy between the emailed electronic copy of the proposal and the paper copy of the proposal, the emailed copy shall prevail.
