To be accepted,

One (1) emailed (.pdf) copy of the responding tender must be received and time and date stamped by the Town of Gillam by no later than 4:00 pm Manitoba local time on March 10, 2017. Late submittals will not be accepted, and will be discarded unopened. Tender shall be emailed to the three addresses below:

One (1) original copy hardcopy and one (1) photocopy of the responding tender within five (5) business days after the tender close date. The Tender shall be enclosed in a sealed package marked: “Town of Gillam 2017 Municipal Roadworks and Associated Land Drainage – Request for Quotation”. Proposal shall be handed in in-person, mailed or couriered to the address below:

In the event of a discrepancy between the emailed electronic copy of the proposal and the paper
