Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. (Capital) has been engaged by Prairie Mountain Health as its Exclusive Broker Representation to identify potential office leasing options in Russell, Manitoba.
The office requirement consists of 6,500 sq. ft., the space must be contiguous on the ground floor. The desired vacant possession date is Summer/Fall 2025. The minimum lease term will be 25 years. The proposed space must be located within the boundaries of Russell, MB, as shown on the Boundary Map file located in the Documents Tab (the geographical boundaries include sites on either side of the roads/streets). Existing buildings and new construction will be considered.
This is not a formal tender. All EOI submissions for this requirement shall only be submitted by owners, landlords, property managers and agents. All submissions shall include a letter executed by the owner of the property to verify the authority to submit on behalf of the owner/landlord. Submissions must include, at a minimum, the following:
- File Number
- Property owner
- Municipal address
- A map showing the specific location of the proposed property
- Measurements of the proposed office space and land area
- Building square footage
- Private & Public parking areas
- Other pertinent information that the owner may wish to present
