Overview
The North End Sewage Treatment Plant (NEWPCC) is the City of Winnipeg’s oldest and largest wastewater treatment plant. Three major projects are underway and/or planned to meet licence requirements, update end-of-life components, and expand capacity. The first project, Design-Build of Headworks Facilities, is underway. The second project, Progressive Design-Build of Biosolids Facilities, is underway. The third project, Nutrient Removal Facilities, is the subject of this Notice to Bidders.
