1. 1. The site of the work is: Seven Oaks General Hospital Boiler Room.
  2. At the site visit, each Bidder shall examine the site and surrounding properties before submitting a bid to satisfy itself as to the nature and location of the work and local conditions. Also to determine the means of access to the site and all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and circumstances that may affect the bid. Bidders are fully responsible for obtaining information required for the preparation of their bids.
  3. Failure to examine the site while at the site visit will not relieve Bidders of the responsibility to ascertain the full extent of the work required by the Contract Documents.

1. 1. Sealed quotations will be received at SMS Engineering 770 Bradford Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3H 0N3 until 2:00 p.m. Winnipeg time, April 28, 2023. A Private Tender Opening will be held at this location and time provided a minimum of 3 bids are received.

Tenders shall be submitted on the form provided, and sealed in an envelope, clearly marked SEVEN OAKS GENERAL HOSPITAL MEDICAL AIR COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT and addressed as follows:
