Description

Southern Health–Santé Sud, with the assistance of SMS Engineering Ltd. are requesting responses to the RFP (Request for Proposals) for Construction Manager (CM) services.

Southern Health–Santé Sud are directing this RFP toward Construction Management frms with at least 5 years’ experience in delivering a full level of extensive CM services while working within a collaborative environment for projects of this type and scope. This project intends to replace the existing cooling system at the Bethesda Regional Heath Centre (BRHC) with a new mechanical cooling system and air handling unit for the operating rooms. The project also intends to construct a new electrical utility/generator building complete with new electrical service and emergency diesel generator with capacity for the entire BRHC. Phased construction considering the ongoing operation of the existing facility is imperative. During the evaluation of responses any Respondents meeting the mandatory criteria may be selected for an interview.
