This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit project proposals that will develop up to 100 new Supportive Recovery Housing units for client residents who have completed primary substance use and addiction treatment, but require housing for a period of time in order to transition back to community living.
This investment aims to fill this gap in the continuum of substance use and addiction treatment services in Manitoba.
