CC-PH-0001-MB - Request for Quotations for the Provision of General Pharmaceuticals and Insulins

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for General Pharmaceuticals and Insulins for Long-Term Care, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D). Shared Health will break this RFQ into two categories, Category A to be General Pharmaceuticals and Category B to be Insulins. All products related to the multi-category agreement will be for Long-Term Care. The Workgroup will select proponent(s) on a bases of Cost and Mandatories, from the submitted quotation(s). There is also the potential that this could be expanded to other program areas within Shared Health.
