MS-249-MB-22 - Request for Quotations For Over Bed and Side Tables (Provincial)

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Over Bed and Side Tables, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
Shared Health intends to enter into an Agreement with one (1) proponent for a maximum of seven hundred (700) Over Bed Tables related to this Over Bed and Side Tables RFQ. 
The Provincial Over Bed and Side Table Workgroup will select this one (1) proponent on a bases of Cost, Mandatories, Clinical Acceptability and Technical Requirements for this quotation. There is also the potential that this could be expanded to other program areas within Shared Health.
