This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Delivery Service for Pay Related Documents including Implementation and Support Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The Coordinating Entity is seeking a Delivery Service for Pay Related Documents (DSPRD). The desired service is intended to provide and manage the secure distribution of pay statements, T4’s, T4A’s and potentially memo-type communications for approximately 36,000 employees with potential growth of up to 60,000 employees. Statements would either be delivered directly to an email of the end users’ choice or through a notification of where the end user can view the statement. These deliveries consist of regular bi-weekly pay statements, weekly off-cycle pay statements, ad-hoc deliveries of pay statements and potentially, delivery of ad-hoc memo type messages. Pay statements represent different employers and are delivered in varying formats.
