CC-PH-0005-MB - Request for Proposals For Drug Distribution for the WRHA PRIME Program

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Drug Distribution for the WRHA PRIME Program as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The purpose of this competitive process is to establish an Agreement with one Selected Proponent and the WRHA PRIME Program to provide the products and services as outlined in this competitive document.
It is the intent for Shared Health to enter into an Agreement with one (1) Proponent who will undertake to provide the services and products as identified in this RFP.
Shared Health of Manitoba will have the ability to add new products to the awarded proponent at their discretion through way of amendment during the term of the agreement.
