WR-011-CH-22 - Request for Proposals For Consultant for Executive Search

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consultant for Executive Search, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The Purchaser is seeking a consultant that will assist in securing a successful candidate for the executive position of President and Chief Operating Officer, Concordia Hospital and Concordia Place (see Appendix F for position description).
The Executive Search Consultant is expected to seek out and provide suitable candidates to the Coordinating Entity Search Committee. The Search Committee anticipates being actively involved in the process, participating in the short-listing of candidates, conducting preliminary / secondary interviews, carrying out negotiations and presenting the offer of employment to the successful candidate, along with other key activities.
