Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for pump pack tubing used in the Perfusion area.
Further details are included in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) referenced in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

The purpose of this tender is to establish an Agreement between two selected proponent(s) and the SH to provide the products as outlined in this RFP.

Proponents are advised that funding to support perfusion related education is a requirement of this RFP as further described in Appendix C.
