This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Hip and Knee Arthroplasty products and related service as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in the Annex – Potential Participating Purchasers.
This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Hip and Knee Arthroplasty which include the provision of hip implants, knee implants, revision products as well as the related instrument sets and associated service and training as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). This is a provincial initiative.
It is the intent to evaluate submissions for multi-vendor awards for all products and services. A maximum capitated total cost is stated for each construct for the primary hips and primary knees and line item pricing for hip and knee revision products is also requested which would include the provision of service, training and consignments requirements as further detailed in this RFP. In addition, information is being requested for the anterior approach procedure type.
