DT-DH-0027-MB - Request for Information (RFI) - Quality Management System (QMS) Solution

The Coordinating Entity is conducting research to better understand the current market and
service offerings for a provincially scalable quality management system software solution which
would include at minimum:
 A document control repository for all standard operating procedures and other controlled
documents
 Training management capabilities
 Occurrence reporting and tracking
 Audit reporting and tracking
 Capability to automatically create and distribute periodic routine quality reports (ie on a
weekly, monthly, quarterly etc basis)
 Dashboards for real-time data review; ability to drill down into data for more in-depth
review
 Capability/capacity to house all test menu’s, activity menu’s and procedure lists for
approximately 82 provincial public diagnostic service sites
 Equipment database
 Referral laboratory database
 Pathologist feedback application
 Radiologist feedback applications
 An automated task management system where tasks are generated and sent directly to
the employee responsible
 Ability to accommodate the current 2000+ staff within our system with the ability to
onboard additional staff
 Ability to limit user functionality within system to only that required to perform job tasks
Information provided by respondents will assist with determining final requirements and the best
course of action for the acquisition of an acceptable solution.
