SS-FM-0023-SH - Request for Information For Health Sciences Centre - Surveillance Camera System

This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the Coordinating Entity for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the Coordinating Entity and provide the information requested below.

Respondents are asked to a brief summary of their organization and system, including the following:

Company Profile

• Organizations experience and capacity to meets the objectives listed above.
• Related partners and subcontractors.

System

• High level description of how your system meets the objectives listed above.
• Details related to operator security levels and audit trails.
• Details related to operator interface.
• Details related to operator incident management and ability to integrate with site standard operating procedures.
• Details and ability to support existing IP cameras & analog cameras for monitoring and recording.
• Details and ability to integrate with existing site Building Automation System.
• Relevant supporting literature, technical specifications, and product brochures.
• Example(s) of where your system has been implemented recently that aligns with the objectives listed above.

Associated Services

• Description of your delivery, installation, and equipment startup/commissioning services.
• Description of your system support capabilities including spare parts requirements and inventory, technical support (phone / virtual), in-person support & lead times to arrive on site.

The Coordinating Entity may request virtual presentations from respondents related to their Submission in order to gain a better understanding of the information provided.  Presentations are tentative and may not take place based on findings from this RFI.
