Description

The Coordinating Entity is conducting research to better understand the market for Fetal Heart Monitors and solutions appropriate for this equipment related to child health. The current equipment being investigated is a floor model, table top model and a hand-held model (Doppler).

The Province of Manitoba’s current fleet of Fetal Heart monitors includes 145 floor units, 20 table top units and hundreds of Handheld units throughout sites in Manitoba’s ecosystem.

The future RFP will consist of two (2) categories. Category 1 to be for Floor and Table top units and Category 2 to be for Handheld units. The future contract will allow for one (1) or two (2) vendors to potentially win the business.
