Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Supply and Delivery of a High Roof Cargo Van (Mobile Public Health Service Van) as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).

Shared Health Inc. is accepting responses to this RFQ for the Supply and Delivery of one (1) High Roof Cargo Van to be used as a Mobile Public Health Service Van. The van will be required to be modified and upfitted in order to be used as a mobile health service for Winnipeg Regional Health Authority’s Street Connections Program. Street Connections is a mobile public health service in Winnipeg.

The vehicle is requested to be delivered by Summer 2022.
