BE-107-MB-21 - RFQ:Air Assisted Patient Transfer Mattress Lift Evacuation Device and Air Supply

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Air Assisted Patient Transfer Mattress, Lift Evacuation Device and Air Supply Unit for the Emergency Response Services Program in the Province of Manitoba as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).

The intent is to select, via this RFQ process, one successful respondent for Air Assisted Patient Transfer Mattress, Lift Evacuation Device and Air Supply Unit with exact specifications as indicated under Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
