Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Classic Cable TV Services for Deer Lodge Centre, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The Coordinating Entity, on behalf of Deer Lodge Centre (DLC), is seeking proposals for existing classic cable tv services provided to the residents of DLC.
DLC currently has 418 classic cable connections. The connections are delivered in two forms:

186 - Individual classic cable boxes in the Personal Care Home located in the Tower
232 connections receiving signal from Multimedia gateway device in the Lodge building

The number of connections are approximately evenly divided between these two locations and each location has a different content line up.
The selected Proponent will enter into a three (3) year agreement plus two (2) one year optional terms with the Coordinating Entity.
The selected proponent must meet the Mandatory Technical Requirements described in “Annex C –Mandatory Technical Requirements”.
