Invitation to Proponents

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Cart Wash System Equipment for Commercial Laundry Facility, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

The scope of this RFP is for the supply, installation and warranty of one (1) Cart Wash System Equipment for commercial laundry. Maintenance will be optional and will be determined at the discretion of the Purchaser.
