This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Electrophysiology (EP) and Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Equipment (EP and Cath Labs) for Shared Health, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Proposals must be submitted electronically via Bonfire at: https://sharedhealthmb.bonfirehub.ca/
Please note that in order to submit a proposal via Bonfire, proponents must be subscribed to Bonfire and have authorization from their authorized signer to complete the submission process.
