Shared Health requires particular equipment, goods and/or services, as outlined in this document (the “Products”) and has identified one Supplier (the “Intended Supplier”) to provide the Products.
Shared Health has reason to believe that only the Intended Supplier is able to provide all of the Products. The purpose of this Request is to confirm that there is no competition for these Products.
Please be advised that the purpose of this Request is not to pre-qualify suppliers for an upcoming competitive procurement process, if any.
Any Response submitted by a respondent as requested in this Request will not be considered as binding on the respondent.
All costs and any liabilities incurred by a respondent including (without limitation) those associated with the preparation of the respondent's Response to this Request will be borne entirely by the respondent.
