Description

Shared Health requires a particular good, service or equipment, as outlined in this document (the “Product”) and has identified one supplier (the “Intended Supplier”) to provide the Product.

Shared Health has reason to believe that only the Intended Supplier is able to provide this Product. The purpose of this Request is to confirm that there is no competition for this Product.

Please be advised that the purpose of this Request is not to pre-qualify suppliers for an upcoming competitive procurement process, if any.

Any Response submitted by a respondent as requested in this Request will not be considered as binding on the respondent.

All costs and any liabilities incurred by a respondent including (without limitation) those associated with the preparation of the respondent's Response to this Request will be borne entirely by the respondent.

Shared Health requires a Product that meets or exceeds the following requirements:

Fully integrated quantitative cellular analysis suite including a high-content imager, plate reader, cell incubator, robotic plate handling, acquisition/analytical workstations, acquisition & artificial-intelligence driven analytical software and service maintenance

Product must be available for a period of 5 years commencing on or about December 2022.
