RT-101-MB-21 - Provision of Oxygen Equipment, Accessories, and Services for the MB LTC & HC

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Provision of Oxygen Equipment, Accessories, and Services for the Manitoba Long-Term Care and Home Care Programs, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

This RFP is broken down into two (2) separate categories for award, the Manitoba Home Care program as well as the Manitoba Long-Term Care Program. Shared Health Inc. reserves the right to award these categories separately to multiple proponents or one successful proponent for both. 
 
Proponents are encouraged to respond with a complete product line for their equipment, all or some of which may or may not form part of the final agreement.
