Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit non-binding proposals for Provincial Solution for Chemistry and Immunoassay Analyzers, Associated Consumables and Post-Warranty Service, as further described in the attached RFP. This RFP will dictate the standard for chemistry and immunoassay analyzers and appropriate automation procurement within the province of Manitoba for the term of the resulting agreement(s).

Currently, the Purchaser has on-site analyzers of various capabilities at thirty eight (38) hospital-based laboratory sites across the province of Manitoba that have specific requirements for the Deliverables. These laboratory sites are grouped depending on their clinical requirements, test volumes, test menu, geographical and staffing considerations.

Proponents will be requested to submit pricing based on the three (3) financial models; Capital Purchase, Reagent Lease and Managed Equipment Services (MES).

Event Note

A Bidders Conference will be held to provide general information and instructions for the submission of the technical and financial proposal and if time allows there be a general Q&A session. The session will be conducted as a virtual meeting. Interested suppliers are required to register via email to kkomonko@sharedhealthmb.ca no later than 23 April 2021. A meeting invite with the time, duration, and webex details will be provided to registered suppliers.

Currently the expected date for the Bidders Conference is 28 April 2021 however, this is subject to change and any change will be communicated to the registered suppliers and posted via addendum.
