This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for property consulting & broker services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D). Shared Health has a number of projects coming up within the next year which will require the expertise of a third party to provide guidance to assist Shared Health with the decision on whether to lease or purchase property or properties (which may include land only, or partially or fully developed sites) for these projects. The property required will those zoned as industrial / commercial use within Winnipeg, Manitoba. The selected respondent will be required to: • Work with Shared Health to understand identified needs and requirements for each of the projects; • Assess Shared Health’s requirements, consider all factors (internal & external), gather information, and scan the marketplace for property lease and purchase options; • Make recommendations that are supported by research, data, and expertise on whether Shared Health should lease or purchase property for each of the projects. Should Shared Health receive funding approvals to move forward with a lease or purchase option, Shared Health will have the option to utilize the selected respondent to provide broker services. The selected respondent must look across the entire Winnipeg area market, not only at properties they represent. Shared Health reserves the right to utilize broker services outside of the scope of this engagement at their sole discretion.
