Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the purchase of Point of Care Testing “POCT” Hematology Analyzers, associated Components, Supplies and Post Warranty Service, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Proponents shall provide Point of Care Testing (POCT) Hematology Analyzer equipment, associated components, supplies and controls to perform whole blood analysis for Hemoglobin and White Blood Cell counts.

The equipment will be installed at various locations across the Province of Manitoba. All sites considered are listed on Appendix G, Participating Site Locations
