SS-CP-0005-MB - Physicians - Physician Recruitment Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Physician Recruitment Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

The Coordinating Entity requires the services from recruitment firms (“Suppliers”) to recruit family physicians for the following regions:
a) Rural Manitoba (up to 50 family physicians);
b) Northern Manitoba (up to 50 family physicians); and
c) Winnipeg (up to 50 family physicians).

Suppliers may submit a proposal for one or more regions. The Coordinating Entity may engage up to three (3) Suppliers, one (1) Supplier per region, or may select one (1) Supplier for more than one region.
