CE-020-MB-22 - Neurosurgical Robotic System RFP

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Neurosurgical Robotic System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
Shared Health is looking to establish a long-term partnership with a Proponent for the supply of Neurosurgical Robotic Technology. The primary function of this technology will be for placement of sEEG leads in Epilepsy Surgery; however, could also be used for deep brain stimulation, brain biopsies and other stereotactic procedures.
The purpose of this RFP is to:

1. receive proposals that meet the requirements of the RFP and contain sufficient information for Shared Health to identify a top ranked Proponent. Proposals will be analyzed, and Proponents may be asked to meet with Shared Health to provide additional information as per this RFP process; and
2. establish a contract between the top ranked Proponent and Shared Health to provide the equipment and consumables as outlined in this RFP.
