RFQ-MI-041-SH - Miscellaneous Brand Specific Diagnostic Consumables

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Miscellaneous Brand Specific Diagnostic Consumables , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
Shared Health is seeking vendors to provide various brand and product specific diagnostic consumables for various sites across the province of Manitoba as further described within the RFQ documents.
The products will be utilized at up to 81 diagnostic sites and service delivery organizations as listed on Appendix G, Participating Sites Listing.  Product required will vary site to site based on the actual testing performed and the volumes required.
It is the intent of Shared Health to award multiple contracts to the top ranked respondents for individual products meeting all Shared Health requirements.  
Due to COVID-19 demands and severe lab resource limitations, alternative diagnostic products cannot be assessed or validated at this time.  It is critical that current testing parameters, standards and methodologies remain unchanged.   
Respondents are advised to quote on the specific product(s) listed within (i.e. manufacturer, brand and product) as alternate products will not be considered.  Respondents are not required to submit quotations for all line items listed to be considered for award.
