SS-001-RV-23 - Investment Advisory and Portfolio Management Services for Riverview Health Cent

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Investment Advisory and Portfolio Management Services for Riverview Health Centre Inc. (RHC), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). Note, effective March 1, 2021 the Coordinating Entity became accountable for all of the supply chain contracting functions of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and the other healthcare service delivery organizations within the Province of Manitoba, and therefore the Coordinating Entity is the contracting agent for RHC for the purposes of this RFP.

It is the intent to enter into an Agreement for a term of three (3) years with one proponent who will undertake to provide the services as identified in this RFP. Proponents will have the ability to subcontract if required. The awarded Agreement is anticipated to commence on May 26, 2023.

If the proponent agrees at the time of submission, there will be the option to extend the awarded Agreement for one (1) optional term of a two (2) year period. The decision to exercise the optional term shall be at the sole discretion of the Purchaser.
