Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Hematology Complete Blood Count (CBC) Analyzers, related Components, Consumables and Warranty/Post Warranty Equipment Service. Shared Health is seeking a single Vendor to provide: (a) Complete Blood Count (CBC) analyzers on a single platform (b) Associated Equipment Components (c) Related reagents, consumables, and supplies (d) Laboratory Information System (LIS) Interface (e) Warranty and Post Warranty Service for all equipment provided Equipment will be installed at up to 59 various sites and/or locations across the Province of Manitoba. All equipment provided should be scaled to meet the specific testing requirements and volumes needs per site/location and are split into four specific tiers.
