DE-001-SH Food Service - Food Service: Retail Management and Operation for Boundary Trails Health Centre

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for FOOD SERVICE: RETAIL MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION for Boundary Trails Health Centre, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The Purchaser is looking for a Supplier that will provide retail food services and establish the desired space for the Successful Proponent to acquire, create arrangements to construct the space, and set the expectations for the services provided, including the compensation for the space.
Term of the Contract will be ten (10) years with a three (3) option term of five (5) years.
