Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Finger Implants, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

It is the intent to enter into an Agreement with a Primary Respondent, as well as to secure pricing for Secondary Respondents to provide the products and services as outlined in this RFQ. The selected Respondent(s) for the Primary Respondent award(s) will be required and Secondary Respondents will be requested to provide, on a consignment basis, complete sets of consignment product, and the inventory of related products used to back fill the product, as further described in this document.
