Description

The Coordinating Entity is requesting for information from carrier vendors who manage logistics of medical supplies delivered to patient residences across the province of Manitoba to support Home Hemodialysis Program.
Vendors are encouraged to submit approximate rates, and possible proposed solutions in terms of streamlining the delivery services of medical supplies in relation to the home Hemodialysis Program provincially.
Delivery locations may change during life of contract (patients joining / leaving program); There will be a two weeks’ notice prior to any new delivery location being added or removed.
