his Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the purchase and possible further development of a Diagnostic Imaging (DI) Billing System/Application and Associated Maintenance Support, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Proponents are advised that the intent is to purchase an established, commercially available and customizable DI Billing System to meet the specific needs of the DI program in Manitoba.
