Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Anesthesia Gas Machine, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
Shared Health (SH) is accepting proposals for the provision of Gas Machines in Manitoba. This RFP will also set the standard for future purchases of Gas Machine. It is estimated that Shared Health will be replacing over 120 units over the term of this agreement.

It is the intent to enter into an agreement with one Proponent who will undertake to provide the equipment and services as identified in this RFP. Proponents will have the ability to subcontract, if required. Proponents may submit more than one proposal if multiple options exist within the Proponent’s product offerings.
