Description

Shared Health Manitoba is gathering further information for potential upcoming equipment purchases for use in spinal surgery, which may include the following:

A C-Arm with 3D rotational imaging capability
A spinal surgery navigation system compatible with the C-Arm
An intraoperative CT scanner
A spinal surgery navigation system compatible with the CT scanner (may be the same system as B)

The projected usage of this equipment includes the following spinal procedures:

Posterior, lateral, anterior, and minimally invasive approaches for the following:
- degenerative and deformity spine procedures
- spinal tumor resections
- traumatic spinal fractures and reduction
