Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Acellular Dermal Matrices (ADM), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

It is the intent to enter into an Agreement with a Primary Proponent in whole or in part by category, as well as to secure pricing for Secondary Proponents to provide the products and services as outlined in this RFP. The selected proponent(s) for the Primary Proponent award(s) will be required and Secondary Proponents will be requested to provide product on a consignment basis, , as further described in this document.
