This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective Proponents to submit non-binding quotations for General OR Products, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D). Shared Health is seeking an Agreement for the provision of General OR Products indicated under the Deliverables section of the RFQ.
