WAREHOUSE SPACE CONVERSION PROJECT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Sagkeeng Child & Family Services invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Project Management Services as detailed in the “TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE SCFS WAREHOUSE SPACE CONVERSION PROJECT”.
The project will consist of the successful delivery of the planning, design, tendering, construction, commissioning, turn-over, and warranty of the targeted Warehouse Space Conversion Project. The project undertaking encompasses the conversion of 12,000ft2 of existing warehouse space into a functional and aesthetic administrative and programming area that seamlessly integrates with SCFS’ existing office and programming delivery that is already functioning in the building in the spaces immediately adjacent to each end of the affected 12,000ft2 warehouse portion of the existing building.

One (1) PDF copy of your proposal and one password-protected PDF copy of your Price Point Submission must be delivered by email as directed in the TOR on or before 16:00 hours, local prevailing Winnipeg time, July 31, 2024.
The last day for receipt of questions is July 24, 2024 @ 23:59. Questions are to be by email only. No phone calls.
Late or misdirected proposals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
