Description

The Rural Municipality of West St. Paul is seeking Design/Build proposals for the construction of an addition to the existing Public Works facility.

Sealed submissions clearly marked Request for Proposals 2021-01 - Design/Build Construction Services Public Works Facility will be received by the undersigned at the address below until 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted.

A preproposal meeting will be held on May 13, 2021 at 10:30am at the Public Works facility located at 1159 Kapelus Drive, West St. Paul, MB. The meeting is intended to clarify the proposal requirements and provide an opportunity for questions and answers.

The Municipality retains the right to reject the lowest or any proposal if it does not meet the needs of the Municipality.
