PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES for an OVERALL COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW
and (2) SECONDARY PLANS (West Pine Ridge and Oakbank South)
The Municipality is seeking and will be accepting one inclusive proposal from interested Planning Consultants to provide professional expertise in facilitating workshops, open houses, and community public engagement, by bringing forward current trends and approaches to Land Use in the Canadian Market, and presenting Zoning By-law and two (2) Secondary Plan areas in public forums, and integrating the Zoning By-law and two (2) Secondary Plan areas with Provincial requirements inclusive of the current Planning Act and Provincial Planning Regulations.
This project will undertake a comprehensive review from its beginning stages, up to third and final reading versions of the documents and related mapping, for the creation and adoption of two (2) Secondary Plans (West Pine Ridge and Oakbank South) which are referenced within the Springfield Development Plan 18-09. Also a Zoning By-law that requires updating to be consistent with the new Springfield Development Plan 2018 and integrated with the two (2) new Secondary Plans. Three(3) different documents and Three (3) different processes which will all be interwoven with each other, with the processes beginning near the same time and ending approximately at the same time, subject to The Planning Act procedures and requirements.
