Description

The Rural Municipality of Springfield (the RM) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite interested Proponents (the Consultant) to prepare and submit competitive Proposals for Engineering Services to complete the detailed design of the asphalt reconstruction of Lornehill Road and Deacon Road to current standards for asphalt roadways. Separate design submissions for each road are required. The provided detailed designs will serve as the basis to the construction of these projects.

The Proposal shall be submitted in the form of One (1) hardcopy of the Technical Proposal and One (1) hardcopy of the Financial Proposal. The Consultant shall also provide a complete digital version of the Proposal in Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) format as a supplementary filing on a USB flash drive. Telegraphic, facsimile, compact disc, or electronic submissions in any format will not be accepted as the sole submission. In the event of a discrepancy between the hardcopy and the digital formats, the hardcopy format will supersede the digital format.
