General Specifications:

Load and haul fill material from SE 14-19-15 W to Kelwood landfill located at SW 13-19-15 W
Load and haul 1000 yards
Provide equipment to be utilized and approximate hours in quotation.
Completion Date: October 15st, 2024 unless otherwise agreed to by the Municipality. A penalty may be applied at a rate of $100/calendar day until the work is complete.

The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive defects, or to accept and offer which may be considered in the best interests of the Municipality. The Municipality, in its entire discretion may reject or accept all or any part of the proposal or any of the proposals submitted under this proposal call. Completion of work is expected as per tender and quoted amounts. Overages will not be accepted unless approved in writing by the RM of Rosedale to performance of work and/or to additional materials. Notification must be provided to the RM office of the intended commencement date of work and expected duration as well as actual commencement date.
