The following items are included in this tender for both landfill closure sites (St. Jean and
Letellier):
1.) Levelling and Cover of Active Cell with overburden/common fill to design grades.
2.) Placement of 0.5 m of impermeable clay cover from adjacent borrows
3.) Placement of 0.15 m of topsoil and seeding across site
4.) Removal and salvage of perimeter fencing.
5.) Removal of driveways and accesses as required.

Event Note

Test holes will be conducted by the Owner at the St. Jean location. They are scheduled
for 10:00 am Aug 4, 2021. The borrow for the Letellier site is currently open and being
used for the new transfer station construction, the materials for cover will be coming from
that borrow. The Bidder may view the site without making an appointment.
