Description

The term of the Agreement is anticipated to be for an initial period of two (2) years. At the sole discretion of the RM of Montcalm, subject to available appropriation, satisfactory performance and the need for an extension of the project, Montcalm reserves the right to extend the Agreement for an additional period of one (1) year, and for another additional period of one (1) year thereafter, for a total term of up to four (4) years. The extension of the work will be agreed to and documented with an amendment to the agreement.
