Sealed Bids clearly marked “Gravel Tender” will be received until 12:00 P.M., on Thursday, March 23rd,
2023 at the office of the Municipality of De Salaberry. Bids will be accepted by fax (204-433-7063) up to the
closing time of 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, March 23rd, 2023.
Bids shall be submitted on the separate Bid Form as provided complete with the bidder’s legal status and
business address shall be disclosed. The Bid Form shall be signed by a duly
authorized official and in the case of a corporation shall be sealed with the corporation seal.
